Cablemedia UP-120-12/24 is a step-up converter. Input voltage: 10 - 20 V DC, output voltage: 24 V DC. Maximum output current is 5 A (power ~ 120 W).. The converter should be mounted so that the power supply connector is at the bottom of the device, which enables proper gravity cooling.
