The TP-Link OC400 is a controller designed for use in the Omada network. It is equipped with 2 SFP+ slots (10 Gb/s) and 4 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s). The device features a powerful quad-core processor and 8 GB of DDR4 RAM. It is suitable for large networks, capable of managing up to 1000 access points, 100 routers, 200 switches, and up to 10 GPON OLT DeltaStream terminals (with each connected OLT, the maximum number of switches decreases by 5). The OC400 enables centralized management of multiple devices, allowing for convenient monitoring of the entire network with access to full statistics and client lists. An additional advantage is free cloud management access. The device has a rack-mountable enclosure designed for installation in a 19" rack. It comes with 2 built-in AC power supplies that operate in a fail-over mode, so if one fails, the other takes over.
Centralized management
The OC400 controller allows centralized management of multiple devices compatible with the Omada system. It can simultaneously support up to 1000 access points, 200 switches, and 10 DeltaStream GPON OLT terminals. The maximum number of users it can handle is 30,000.
The software allows you to monitor the entire network in real-time. You gain access to statistics, network topology, device and client lists, and many other features. Additionally, you can remotely manage connected devices and perform bulk actions, such as updating the firmware on all access points of a specific type.
Cloud management
TP-Link Omada offers cloud access without any additional fees. You can create a hybrid network where the cloud provides remote access to the OC400, and, in turn, all the local network resources.
High performance, 2x SFP+, 4x gigabit Ethernet
The offered product features a quad-core processor and 8 GB of DDR4 RAM, providing high performance suitable for extensive networks with multiple access points. It is equipped with 2 SFP+ slots with 10 Gb/s bandwidth and 4 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s). You can establish a 10G connection with an Omada switch, ensuring very fast data and information exchange.
Two AC power supplies
The controller has two built-in, integrated AC power supplies that can operate redundantly. If one fails, the other takes over. The package includes one power cable. The enclosure is designed for mounting in a 19" rack.
