All Fast Ethernet ports (1–8) support PoE+ (802.3af/at) power output. The maximum output per port is 15.4 W with 802.3af or 30 W with 802.3at, and the total power budget across all ports is 65 W. The switch is unmanaged but supports several operating modes, including Extend mode, which increases PoE range up to 250 meters (at the cost of reducing bandwidth to 10 Mbps), and PoE Auto Recovery, which automatically restarts connected devices if they stop responding. The switch is equipped with 8 Fast Ethernet ports (10/100 Mbps) and 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbps). The inclusion of two 1 Gbps interfaces allows for cascading switches and is ideal for small surveillance networks—one port can be used to connect the internet source, and the other to an IP recorder.

8 PoE+ Outputs, 65 W Power Budget

All Fast Ethernet ports (1–8) feature PoE+ (802.3af/at) power output. This allows you to transmit both data and power over a single Ethernet cable. The maximum power per port depends on the standard used: 15.4 W with 802.3af or 30 W with 802.3at. The total maximum power budget across all ports is 65 W.

Extend Mode

In Extend mode, ports 1–4 or all ports (1–8) support Long-Range transmission with PoE reach of up to 250 meters. The bandwidth of ports set to this mode is reduced to 10 Mbps. It's important to note that the actual range largely depends on the quality of the cabling used.

Port Isolation

When isolation mode is enabled, interfaces 1–8 cannot communicate with each other and can only transmit data to ports 9 and 10. This mode is designed to enhance network security.

PoE Auto Recovery

Auto Recovery is a very important mode that significantly impacts the network and can greatly simplify its maintenance. When this mode is enabled, the switch will automatically restart PoE-powered devices that stop responding. This means that if one of your cameras freezes, you won’t have to go on-site to manually reboot it.

Plug & Play

The offered product is unmanaged and requires no initial configuration. It is ready for operation immediately after being powered on. The Ethernet ports support automatic speed negotiation and MDI/MDIX crossover. The device is very user-friendly and does not require any specialized knowledge from users.

Durable Desktop Enclosure, External Power Supply

The MS110CP features a metal desktop-style enclosure, offering greater durability and improved heat dissipation compared to standard plastic housings. The switch can also be wall-mounted using the included mounting plugs. A 53.5 V / 1.31 A external power adapter is included in the package.
