D-Link C36 ISP is a wireless router supporting Wi-Fi 7 transmission and operating simultaneously in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. It uses IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax/be protocols at 2.4 GHz and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac/ax/be at 5 GHz. The maximum theoretical throughput is 688 Mb/s at 2.4 GHz and 2882 Mb/s at 5 GHz, respectively. The Wi-Fi 7 standard introduces a very important feature — MLO (Multi-Link Operation), which enables transmission between the router and the user over both bands simultaneously, rather than only one band as in older Wi-Fi generations. An important advantage is the use of a 2.5G Ethernet WAN port — this allows a throughput higher than 1 Gb/s to be utilized and does not limit the capabilities offered by wireless transmission. The router supports D-Link Mesh and, when combined with other compatible devices, can create an extensive Wi-Fi network consisting of multiple routers / access points that communicate with each other wirelessly. The offered product features ISP-grade software: it supports the TR-069 protocol (you can use automatic provisioning), IGMP Proxy and Snooping for IPTV support, separation of services on the WAN side into VLANs, and access levels (administrator and user).
Wi-Fi 7 BE3600
The offered product can transmit a Wi-Fi 7 network simultaneously in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. It supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax/be protocols in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac/ax/be in the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical throughput is 688 Mb/s at 2.4 GHz and 2882 Mb/s at 5 GHz, respectively.
In addition to higher throughput, the Wi-Fi 7 standard also introduces other features that improve the quality of the wireless network. The most important of these is MLO (Multi-Link Operation), which allows a connection between the router and the client to be established simultaneously in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, rather than only in one of them, as was the case with previous Wi-Fi generations.

1x 2.5G Ethernet Port, 3x 1G Ethernet Ports
The router is equipped with 1x 2.5G Ethernet WAN port and 3x 1G Ethernet LAN ports. This allows you to use a data package above 1 Gb/s, while the 2.5G interface also allows you to fully utilize the capabilities offered by Wi-Fi 7.
Software for Internet Service Providers
The device features software designed for use by Internet service providers. The end user has an account with lower privileges and cannot modify WAN settings. The router supports TR-069, allowing you to connect it to an ACS server and use automatic provisioning and remote configuration. The C36 supports IGMP Proxy and IGMP Snooping to ensure high-quality IPTV, and also allows Internet, IPTV, VoIP and TR to be separated into dedicated VLANs.

Wide Coverage, Mesh System
The manufacturer has used a total of 5 external omnidirectional antennas, each with a gain of 5 dBi. They provide good coverage and help eliminate dead zones. Additionally, the C36 supports the D-Link Mesh system — when combined with other compatible devices, it can create an extensive wireless network consisting of multiple routers and access points that can communicate with each other wirelessly.
