Huawei S6730S-S24X6Q è un efficiente switch della serie CloudEngine. È dotato di 24 slot SFP + con una capacità di 10 Gb / se 6 slot QSFP + con una capacità di 40 Gb / s. Il set include un adattatore CA con un intervallo di tensione di 100 - 240 V (600 W, max. 8 A). Lo switch può essere utilizzato con successo dagli operatori Internet, nei campus scolastici o in vari tipi di istituzioni.

Il prodotto offerto supporta il supporto multicast avanzato, inclusi PIM-SM, PIM-DM, PIM-SSM e Multicast VPN. Dispone inoltre di ampie funzionalità Layer 3 come RIP v1 / 2, OSPF, OSPFv3, IS-IS, IS-ISv6, BGP e BGP4 +. Un ulteriore vantaggio sono le numerose misure di sicurezza, rileva il traffico non standard e potenzialmente pericoloso, analizza le minacce nel traffico crittografato (Encrypted Communication Analytics) e può collaborare con Huawei Cybersecurity Intelligence System (CIS).

Un ulteriore vantaggio è la possibilità di stacking virtuale di più switch utilizzando iStack. Il dispositivo supporta la virtualizzazione basata su VXLAN, consente di connettere reti wireless e cablate. Può gestire fino a 1024 punti di accesso in una rete, funge da controller (inclusa la gestione del dominio oi modelli di configurazione).
