D-Link DXS-3610-54S/SI è uno switch gestito con 48 slot SFP+ (10 Gb/s) e 6 slot SFP28 (100 Gb/s). Il DXS-3610 è una delle più alte serie di switch D-Link, si distingue per un throughput molto elevato - fino a 2,16 Tb / se una velocità di inoltro dei pacchetti di 1607.04 Mp / s. Il dispositivo si dimostrerà negli ambienti e nelle reti più esigenti, anche come switch di aggregazione principale per ISP. Dispone di 2 moduli di alimentazione CA integrati che funzionano in modalità failover/ridondante (in caso di guasto di uno, l'altro viene acceso). Il consumo massimo di energia a pieno carico è di 320,8 W.

L'opzione standard del dispositivo ha una licenza SI - Standard Image. Supporta funzioni di gestione Layer 2 come Flow Control, Spanning Tree, MLAD, 802.1AX Link Aggregation, ERPS e protocolli di mirroring flusso/porta/RSPAN. Supporta anche Layer 2 Multicast (Filtro e MLD / IGMP / Snooping PIM) e configurazione VLAN avanzata, incl. 802.1Q, 802.1v, Q-in-Q, GVRP, VLAN privata o Super VLAN. Inoltre, supporta le funzioni Layer 3: ARP, tunneling IPv6, routing statico e routing hardware IPv4 / IPv6, BFD, OSPF, RIP e VRRPv2 / v3. Lo switch è progettato per lo stacking fisico, è possibile collegare fino a 12 dispositivi in ​​uno stack. La licenza EI (Enhanced Image) opzionale aggiunge i protocolli Layer 3 Multicast, MPLS, Layer 3 VPN e BGP v4/v4+, IS-IS e VRF Lite.
