The Ubiquiti UISP-FIBER-XG is a client terminal (ONT) designed for XG-PON networks. It features an SC/APC optical port with a download throughput of 10 Gb/s and an upload throughput of 2.5 Gb/s. Additionally, it includes a 2.5G Ethernet port (100 / 1000 / 2500 Mb/s) with Power over Ethernet (PoE) support at 24 V DC. It can also be powered via a USB-C port, and a USB-C 5 V / 3 A power adapter is included in the package. It's important to note that UISP Fiber XG is compatible exclusively with Ubiquiti OLT terminals and does not support other manufacturers.

XG-PON ONT terminal

The device is designed to function as a client terminal (ONT/ONU) in an XG-PON network. It is equipped with an SC/APC port, supporting a throughput of 10 Gb/s for download and 2.5 Gb/s for upload. The optical TX power range is 2 ~ 7 dBm, and the reception sensitivity range is -9 ~ -27 dBm. This device is well-suited for various applications and operates as a typical bridge-type terminal. You can connect any router meeting the subscriber's requirements to it. It's important to note that the device works exclusively with Ubiquiti OLT terminals and does not support solutions from other manufacturers.

The terminal features a 2.5G Ethernet port, supporting throughput speeds of 100 / 1000 / 2500 Mb/s. The utilization of such an interface enables the provision of large data packages to subscribers. This higher throughput allows for efficient and high-speed data transmission, meeting the demands of modern applications and services for end-users.

2 power inputs (PoE, USB-C)

The device supports passive PoE, with an input voltage range of 10 - 30 V DC. This is a highly useful feature, especially when connecting the UISP Fiber XG to a router with PoE output. It allows for a reduction in the number of power adapters required and facilitates the installation of the ONT in locations where direct access to a power source might be limited (e.g., in an attic). This can enhance the flexibility and ease of deployment in various scenarios.

The terminal can also be powered using the USB-C port, and the package includes a suitable power adapter for this purpose. The maximum power consumption is 6 W. This dual power option provides flexibility in powering the device, allowing you to choose the most convenient power source based on your deployment scenario.
