Summit BT17 v2 is a Full Outdoor radio link (for outdoor use, no IDU) operating in the 17 GHz band. It is a free band with relatively little interference. The offered radio link is of the UNI type - on both sides it has the same ODU, as opposed to the Low / High version, which uses different radios. The maximum transmission bandwidth in symmetric mode is 620/620 Mb / s, and in asymmetric mode 843/240 Mb / s. It can be obtained using the widest 140 MHz channel and the highest modulation - 256 QAM. The radio transmitting power is -25 to 6 dBm, both ODU are equipped with 2 gigabit Ethernet ports and 2 SFP slots.
The offered product is distinguished by a convenient configuration tool - the SMS application. The program is available in three forms - GUI for Windows and Linux platforms (only via Wine), WUI for the web browser (it only allows you to preview the work, without the possibility of changing the configuration) and MUI for Android and iOS platforms. From the manufacturer's website you can download a MIB file, there is also special software for designing connections and calculating the signal.
The set includes 2 parabolic antennas with a diameter of 65 cm. The energy gain is 38 dBi, along with the antenna you get solid holders on which the ODU is directly mounted.
We attach to the product 1 set of glands to protect the Ethernet ports (marked SET1) and SFP ports (marked SET2).
The most important features:
- works in the 17 GHz band;
- maximum bandwidth 843/240 Mb / s (asymmetric) or 620/620 Mb / s (symmetric);
- 2 gigabit Ethernet ports;
- 2 SFP slots;
- degree of protection IP67 (Full Outdoor radio link);
- 65 cm antennas (energy gain 38 dBi);
- channel width: 140 MHz;
- 256 QAM max modulation.
