The Huawei H905CSHF is a Combo-type board that simultaneously supports three types of PON transmission: GPON, XG-PON, and XGS-PON. It can therefore deliver transmission rates of 2.5 / 1.25 Gb/s, 10 / 2.5 Gb/s, and 10 / 10 Gb/s. The device is equipped with 16 ports, and the package includes 16 Class D modules. The board is designed to work with OLT terminals from the MA5800 series and is not compatible with older terminals. The static power consumption is 51 W, while the maximum is 99 W.
Combo – GPON, XG-PON, and XGS-PON simultaneously!
The CSFH board simultaneously supports GPON, XG-PON, and XGS-PON transmission. The throughput for GPON is 2.5 / 1.25 Gb/s, for XG-PON 10 / 2.5 Gb/s, and for XGS-PON 10 / 10 Gb/s. The maximum split per port is 1:128 when connecting a GPON terminal or 1:256 when using XG-PON or XGS-PON. You can see the signal distribution method in the graphic shown alongside. Transmission is carried out in the standard way using optical splitters. When connecting a subscriber, the appropriate ONT terminal (GPON, XG-PON, or XGS-PON) should be used, depending on the service plan you want to deliver.


16 ports, Class D modules included
The offered product features 16 SFP slots, and the package includes Class D optical modules. The optical module has a transmit power of 6–10 dBm for GPON transmission and 8–11 dBm for XG-PON / XGS-PON. The receiver sensitivity is -35 dBm (GPON), -33.5 dBm (XG-PON), and -32 dBm (XGS-PON). Thanks to the use of high-power modules, you have sufficient power margin — there’s no need to struggle for every dB when connecting a client. The 16 ports allow you to connect up to 1,024 GPON subscribers or 2,048 XG-PON / XGS-PON subscribers.

Compatibility with MA5800 OLT
The H905CSHF board can be used exclusively with OLT terminals from the MA5800 series. It is compatible with control boards MPLA, MPLB, MPLG, MPSA-G, MPCS, MPSG-G, and MPLB-G in most revisions (from H901 to H905).
